About The Position

We’re hiring a Senior Strategic Advisor, ASO Pharmacy Financials to join the ASO Pharmacy Business and Market Development Team. You will act as a senior member of the strategic function by contributing to the achievement of retaining ASO target margins through tracking and management of the ASO Pharmacy P & L. You will also manage the ASO Pharmacy rebate tracking and client distribution process, as well as ASO client pricing guarantee reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 5+ years of experience in related field.
  • In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales support and consultation is a plus. Examples might include roles where you provided strategic advice to sales teams or consulted on healthcare redesign projects.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy pricing concepts is desirable. Experience could include working with pharmacy benefit managers or analyzing drug pricing strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in pharmacy or PBM environments, preferably in a finance-related role
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment and build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Track and manage rebate guarantees throughout the contract year.
  • Perform client ASO rebate distribution calculations in accordance with contract terms.
  • Monitor and analyze discount performance for ASO clients.
  • Reconcile rebate and pricing guarantees to contractual commitments.
  • Calculate program fees and communicate amounts to Finance for billing execution.
  • Coordinate pharmacy commission payments.
  • Tracking and management of ASO Pharmacy P&L.
  • Support and manage development efforts related to the enhancement and maintenance of our current products and market offer components.
  • Collaborate and execute critical activities such as strategic planning, complex financial/qualitative analysis and thought leadership at a departmental and enterprise level.
  • Present information such as strategic concepts, planning data, d and impact assessments to both internal and external audiences at all levels, including senior-level leadership.
  • Organize, optimize and communicate progress towards the completion of overall work portfolio.
  • Collaborate with and support other departments across the enterprise on both common initiatives and unique ventures, acting as a subject matter expert for healthcare delivery transformation and strategy.
  • Utilize expertise to identify operational improvements with new analysis/reporting capabilities, project management techniques and/or consulting/engagement approaches.
