Join our team as a Sr. Strategic Account Manager and take the lead in managing and expanding a portfolio of large, strategic accounts in the Fenestration industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
  • 8–10 years of progressive sales responsibility to OEM customers, ideally in plastic processing or custom-engineered products.
  • Strong consultative sales approach and project management experience (certification a plus).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and committed to quality and customer service.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large strategic accounts to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Develop and execute tailored strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand share-of-wallet and introduce new products/services.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
  • Negotiate favorable agreements that drive mutual success.
  • Report activities via CRM and other sales tools.
