The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior Staff Therapist to join our team at Collaborative CBT. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience with a passion for learning cognitive-behavioral therapy and for working collaboratively with clients to address their mental health challenges. This role will involve providing high-quality therapy, supervising staff therapists, and contributing to the overall growth of the practice. This is best suited for: LCSWs seeking experience and to advance their clinical skills in a private setting LCSWs who are interested in working privately, but don’t want to independently manage the administrative side of being in private practice LCSWs who want to work in a group practice environment with a community of other practitioners LCSWs who have experience with CBT and want to expand their knowledge base A therapist looking for community in the private practice sector, with opportunities for supervision and group consultation with other qualified therapists.
