We’re a high-performing team building cutting-edge technology—and having fun doing it. We’re looking for a Senior Staff Engineer to join our international development team. This is a hybrid role based in Austin , TX . You’ll be in the office at least once a week and more freq uent ly a s te am or project needs r equire .

Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience .
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET, and SQL .
  • Experience working at scale with cloud providers such as AWS .
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of modern architectural patterns for SaaS systems (e.g., microservices, event - driven design, distributed systems) .
  • Strong communications skills, including the ability to understand stakeholder needs and persuasively articulate technical solutions at the appropriate level of technical depth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude .
  • Independent, highly motivated engineer who drives work forward with minimal oversight .

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with big data ecosystems, including Airflow-based ETL workflows, data lake architectures, or platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud-native data-lake services .
  • Experience with JavaScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience building and tracking service-level objectives (SLOs) with contemporary monitoring/observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus , Datadog ).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality software.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership , ensuring the team focuses on the right problems and builds practical, right-sized solutions without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Review code and offer constructive, actionable feedback to maintain high engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Lead POCs, research new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, staying effective while juggling multiple concurrent priorities.
