About The Position

Work Flexibility: Hybrid What You Will Do: In-depth medical market, user, and customer experience to provide product road-map guidance Collaborate with internal and external customers to define functional and technical requirements with the ability to search out unarticulated needs and translate this into business information and governance. Uses business savvy and collaborative techniques to liaison across product lines and divisions to elicit the needs of the stakeholders to define and validate solutions that meet business goals and objectives. Uphold Scrum Framework, principals and ceremonies and effectively influence stakeholders, challenging them as appropriate - we want to hear your opinions as you collaborate closely with key stakeholders Manage expectations with internal capabilities and balances constraint, write users stories and generate acceptance criteria; refine stories with the Scrum teams, create Wire frames and prototypes as well as other types of artifacts that lead to high quality software releases Focus on planning; stay 1-2 releases ahead of team; frequently groom the backlog, manage the backlog and user stories for multiple product lines Plan and lead Demo Day sessions; provide input on development achievements, actively support team to mitigate impediments to achieve sprint/release goals. Work with the Scrum Master to ensure the team provides accurate estimates, effectively track and report team progress. What You Will Need: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science or related discipline & 6+ years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner (CSPO) certification Proficiency working between complex systems and matrixed organizations Strong Communication and Problem Solving skills with attention to detail Strong stakeholder management skills $129k - $216k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
