As a Sr. Product and Market Research Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. You will work closely with product management, R&D, and marketing teams to identify unmet needs, validate product concepts, and guide development through customer-centric research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in product research or user-centered design is required.
  • Strong experience in designing and conducting customer interviews, usability testing, and concept validation.
  • Proficiency in research tools and analysis platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, NVivo, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex findings into strategic insights.
  • Demonstrated fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively across product, R&D, marketing, and commercial teams.

Nice To Haves

  • A master’s degree in Market Research, Human Factors, UX Research, or Product Innovation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative market and product research initiatives to uncover market trends and customer needs, validate product concepts, and assess product usability.
  • Serve as an organizational subject matter expert for Customer Insights (CI) and Market Research.
  • Inform and conduct competitive product benchmarking and user experience evaluations to inform product positioning and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product requirements and innovation strategies.
  • Guide teams in interpreting CI and market data.
  • Create clear, compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

  • This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. Additional information about this remote work arrangement will be provided by your interview team.
  • The annual salary range for this role is $150k-$170k USD.
  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
