About The Position

Support the rapidly growing High Density Power business within the MCP Product Line. Given the life-stage this business is in, rather than traditional Marketing focus of demand creation, roadmap ownership – the immediate focus of this role will be as a Product Manager.
End-to-End Product Ownership: cradle-to-grave product management

Responsibilities

• Execution – ALL aspects to define timelines, drive intermediate milestones and adherence to SWIFT process
• Cross-functional team leadership – provide guidance to PDT core team
• Ensuring the product is delivered on time – with the right quality and path to support the volumes and RLR
• Ensure all SWIFT intermediate milestones and gates run to agreed-upon schedule
• EXTREME OWNERSHIP of ALL aspects of execution – not just the business deliverables.
• Deliver on financial goals for product and Product Line.
• Ensure any people and personnel decisions are made and/or escalated – across all functional areas.
