We're looking for strong engineers who are able to clearly articulate and command the technical requirements of multiple product areas.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of engineering and development principles and best practices
Solid knowledge of the tools and frameworks used at HG Insights
Solid communication skills
Solid organization skills
Solid understanding of prioritization and optimization processes
Mentors others to inspire and instill confidence
Solid and reference display of technical knowledge in multiple domains (AI/ML/Agentic Frameworks, FE, BE, Data, Infra, QA, etc.)
Full technical command and product understanding of multiple areas of the product
Solid display of HG Insights Values
Proactively seeks to improve the technical codebase of multiple areas of the product
Proactively contributes to the improvement of the entire engineering team skillset
Proactively works towards improving the current technical stack
Proactively takes care of the future of the codebase and suggests changes
Contributes actively to the execution of key projects and taskforce teams
