About The Position

The Senior Staff Engineer will be a high-quality technical contributor and technical lead supporting hydraulic modeling, planning studies, and infrastructure analysis for water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- EIT certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time work experience
- Goal oriented with strong skills in problem solving, creativity, and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- advanced experience in hydraulic modeling (preferred InfoWater Pro)
- strong GIS and data analysis skills using ArcGIS Pro
Responsibilities
- Develop and calibrate hydraulic models (InfoWater Pro, InfoSewer, Water Gems) with minimal help from PM or PE
- Analyze system capacity, pressure zones, and flow patterns for water distribution and wastewater collection systems
- Support planning studies, master plans, and capital improvement programs
- Prepare tech memos and exhibits for clients
