About the Role(s): Depending on the team, you could be: Leading architecture and implementation of a new L1/L2, on-chain product, or zero-knowledge protocol Building developer platforms, staking infra, or MEV-aware systems at scale Driving technical strategy and roadmap for teams shipping complex crypto systems Mentoring engineers and establishing an engineering culture at the earliest stages Working directly with founders and research teams to push forward novel mechanisms or primitives Even if you don’t match every point above but are a Staff-level engineer with real crypto experience, we encourage you to apply. Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years at the Staff or Principal level
- Proven track record of building and shipping crypto-native systems—whether protocols, infra, or full-stack products
- Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and production-grade architecture
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives
- Strong comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments
Nice To Haves
- Contributed to open-source crypto projects or participated in core protocol engineering
