About The Position

Sr. Staff Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, and ongoing operational accounting. This role offers strong visibility, growth potential, and the chance to make an immediate impact as the accounting team expand

Requirements

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Hands-on, recent experience with SAP (within the last year), with the ability to speak to modules and T‑codes.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong technical accounting foundation and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Power BI experience (preferred, not required).
• Costing experience is a plus
• Experience in high‑volume manufacturing environments.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Review revenue recognition and make necessary adjustments during close.
• Research account discrepancies, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and perform variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and related reports.
• Assist in the creation and review of annual operating budgets.
• Support quarterly, interim, and year-end audit and financial processes.
