About The Position

OVERVIEW: The incumbent is daily customer service tasks and routine reporting, ensuring stability in the customer experience. The role will work towards KPIs and SLAs for defined customer program. The role will support proposals for optimization of the customer program across active geographies.

Requirements

  • Initial experience within logistics/program management (Preferred 1-3 years)

Responsibilities

  • Program Management Meet KPIs and SLAs of customer programs within the accounts that are assigned
  • Support KAM and Advisors Program Management with reporting for assigned accounts
  • Delivery of daily customer service tasks for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs
  • Customer Experience Flag recurring internal process failures/ redundancies/ problems
  • Support program improvements by gathering relevant data, flagging issues and supporting implementation of new processes
  • Serve as first point of contact with customers
