Product Offer Management Senior Specialist Product Offer Management is key to deploying and managing product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. What you’ll achieve As a Product Offer Management Senior Specialist, you will deploy and manage product data for initial release of our products and any engineering changes that follow, working directly with diverse functions to guide in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements. You will:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, business management or IT related
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position managing product data
• Basic knowledge of product data and basic systems application knowledge
• Advanced Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of Macro development & animation, Power BI

Nice To Haves

• Proven track of Project Management experience

Responsibilities

• Participate in medium-sized projects with agreed timelines and quality standards
• Own and resolve issues on configuration.
• Work closely with IT to resolve any messaging or SKU issues.
• Product Data Testing as and when needed on quarterly basis.
• Regular maintenance and clean-up of SKU/Options/Order code to ensure our KPIs are met.
• Run standard and Adhoc Queries.
• Participates on one project or two local process improvement to closure within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Audit, validate and manage submittals of Product Data (PD) requests
