About The Position

The Digital Stronghold is seeking a Senior Specialist, Performance Marketing (Paid Search) to support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across our eCommerce platforms. This role is ideal for a performance marketer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads, particularly within fashion or lifestyle brands. You’ll play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven strategies. Experience with YouTube and paid social platforms (such as Meta) is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
  • Experience with Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing environments
  • High attention to detail in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and/or YouTube advertising (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitive analysis, and search query mining to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Support paid social campaign execution and collaborate on cross-channel learnings
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, and Analytics teams to align campaigns with promotional calendars and business goals
  • Contribute to testing strategies, including A/B testing and incrementality testing
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling, on-brand ad copy
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with eCommerce and UX teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates
  • Support accurate tracking and attribution, ensuring proper tagging and measurement
  • Stay current on industry trends and platform updates
