We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing to play a key role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and revenue across our users throughout the customer lifecycle journey. The Senior Specialist will manage audience targeting, campaign set up, and promotional execution (loyalty programs and special offers) using a combination of third-party platforms and internal tools. The ideal candidate is curious and hands-on with customer engagement platforms (ideally Braze), comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once, thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally.
