About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing to play a key role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and revenue across our users throughout the customer lifecycle journey. The Senior Specialist will manage audience targeting, campaign set up, and promotional execution (loyalty programs and special offers) using a combination of third-party platforms and internal tools. The ideal candidate is curious and hands-on with customer engagement platforms (ideally Braze), comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once, thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and enjoys collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, channel, and/or loyalty marketing with a focus on driving engagement and retention
  • Experience working with Braze and Segment preferred
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of effective execution
  • Data-driven marketer with experience using customer behavior and research to inform segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Solid understanding of mobile and channel marketing best practices (email, push, in-app), with a strong sensitivity to customer experience
  • Interest in pop culture, music service, and internet/mobile trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel marketing across email, mobile, in-app, push, digital (jukebox) to increase engagement and retention as measured by plays per user and other KPIs
  • Become proficient in TouchTunes’ CRM and loyalty platforms to plan and manage campaigns end-to-end – from ideation to audience targeting to offer design, execution, and optimization – by partnering closely with creative and data teams
  • Regularly conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance across messaging, creative, channels and promotional offers
  • Project manage and execute marketing campaigns for both ad hoc and evergreen campaigns in coordination with external agencies
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance, sharing insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to inform ongoing optimization
  • Gather and apply user insights by leveraging surveys and analysis support from finance and marketing analysts to improve campaign effectiveness and inform future product and marketing strategies
