We are seeking an investigator with a passion for employee relations and conducting robust investigations in a dynamic environment who appreciates the important role employee relations professionals play in supporting our values and culture and will carry out duties with the highest integrity. This role has required travel to Ford plants located throughout southeast Michigan (four days per week), for various shifts. Travel outside of SE Michigan may occasionally be required to assist other facilities.
