The Senior Specialist, Customer Presentations & Deal Support plays a pivotal role in helping the Sales organization win, grow, and activate new business. This role sits at the intersection of customer storytelling, executive‑level presentation development, and deal support, with a primary emphasis on developing high‑impact customer presentations and meeting narratives. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Commercial Development, and other cross‑functional teams to support key customer engagements —including top‑to‑top meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other strategic customer discussions—by translating our value proposition into compelling, customer‑relevant stories and meeting agendas. In addition, this role supports and over time leads RFP (Request for Proposal) efforts that drive new customer opportunities. This position is based in Solon, Ohio and reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Training & Operations.
