The Senior Specialist, Customer Presentations & Deal Support plays a pivotal role in helping the Sales organization win, grow, and activate new business. This role sits at the intersection of customer storytelling, executive‑level presentation development, and deal support, with a primary emphasis on developing high‑impact customer presentations and meeting narratives. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Commercial Development, and other cross‑functional teams to support key customer engagements —including top‑to‑top meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and other strategic customer discussions—by translating our value proposition into compelling, customer‑relevant stories and meeting agendas. In addition, this role supports and over time leads RFP (Request for Proposal) efforts that drive new customer opportunities. This position is based in Solon, Ohio and reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Training & Operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing executive‑ready, customer‑facing PowerPoint presentations in a sales, marketing, enablement, consulting, or strategy environment.
  • Demonstrated strength in storytelling and narrative development, including translating complex strategies, data, and value propositions into clear, compelling customer messages.
  • Strong visual design and data‑visualization skills with an eye for clarity, flow, and executive polish.
  • Proven ability to partner directly with Sales and senior stakeholders to shape, refine, and elevate meeting content.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (Excel strongly preferred).
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting RFPs/RFIs or deal‑related materials in a B2B environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, processes, or CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high‑impact, customer‑facing PowerPoint presentations for executive‑level meetings, including top‑to‑top meetings, QBRs, and major growth opportunities.
  • Own meeting storytelling end‑to‑end—shaping the narrative arc, key messages, flow, and visual approach to drive confident, value‑based customer conversations.
  • Translate complex strategies, insights, and financial concepts into clear, compelling, and visually intuitive stories tailored to customer priorities and decision‑makers.
  • Apply strong visual design and data‑visualization best practices to elevate clarity, simplicity, and executive readiness of all deliverables.
  • Partner closely with Sales to pressure‑test storylines, anticipate customer questions, and refine content to ensure meeting readiness and impact.
  • Proactively challenge and refine requests by asking thoughtful questions to ensure clarity, alignment, and effectiveness of meeting materials.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Commercial Development, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and follow‑through from intake through final delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance Sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Lead RFP responses in partnership with Sales and cross‑functional teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, inputs, and stakeholder reviews to ensure high‑quality, on‑time submissions.
  • Learn and apply Nestlé Professional Solutions’ RFP tools, templates, and processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of RFP content, structure, and efficiency.
