About The Position

As a Deal Desk SpecialistManager you will oversee and optimize the sales process within UU’s deal desk function. Ensuring deals are structured and executed efficiently, supporting sales teams and contributing to revenue growth. The role is crucial in maintaining pricing integrity, contract compliance, and smooth deal flow, often involving collaboration with various departments like sales, finance, and legal.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in Sales Operations, Finance, or Deal Desk
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and contract management systems.
  • Analytical abilities, critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous SaaS, technology or software industry in an operational or data analyst role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary advisor to sales on complex and non-standard deal structures, pricing models, and contractual terms.
  • Quote-to-Order Management: Manage the end-to-end deal process, including support creating, reviewing, and approving quotes and contracts.
  • Serve as the first line of support for non-standard deal requests, helping sales reps navigate approvals and internal processes.
  • Own and resolve deal related escalations
  • Collaborate to build and maintain Deal Desk playbooks and training materials.
  • Validate pricing strategies, ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements, and help maintain pricing accuracy.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track sales agreements, manage deal progress, and generate reports on sales performance.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of SalesForce data, CPQ workflows and SKU creation
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational workflows
  • Train field sales teams to help onboard them on existing best practices and new implementations.
