Summary: The Senior Specialist, 340B Insights & Visualization Analytics develops and maintains standardized dashboards, reports, and visual analytics that track 340B financial impact on gross-to-net and operational metrics. This role supports the COE’s goal of providing consistent and accurate visibility into program exposure, financial impact, and process efficiency through data-driven insights and visual storytelling. Operating within the 340B COE, this position focuses on transforming data into insights that support program compliance, operational execution, and strategic planning. This position will collaborate closely with other 340B COE functions and teams outside of 340B COE to ensure accurate, integrated, and timely reporting across enterprise systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, data science, statistics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or visualization
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic analytical techniques (e.g., data validation, trend analysis)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and curiosity for data-driven problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate cross-functionally with Legal, US Policy, Market Access, and B&IT teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or market access analytics environment preferred
  • Familiarity with 340B data structures, reporting, or compliance analytics is helful
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or similar data querying languages preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop the design and delivery of standardized dashboards and reports that monitor key 340B metrics, including program exposure, performance trends, and compliance indicators
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, visual summaries that inform strategic decisions and operational performance reviews
  • Partner with the Senior Director, Business Optimization & Analytics Lead to align reporting outputs with enterprise data standards and business priorities
  • Ensure integrity and consistency in reporting across internal and external data sources
  • Collaborate with teams outside of 340B COE to incorporate relevant data and insights that enhance enterprise reporting (e.g., commercial claims)
  • Support leadership presentations and COE reporting cycles with timely and accurate visualization deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data gathering and reporting while maintaining accuracy
