What this job involves: Lead strategic data excellence as a Senior Space Data Manager within JLL's Occupancy Planning team, where you'll oversee comprehensive data integrity, CAFM system management, and drawing documentation across client portfolios while serving as the primary liaison for database and application support. You'll demonstrate superior client relationship management and strategic thinking by transforming complex data into actionable insights for stakeholder decision-making. This role positions you at the center of space data operations, where your expertise in CAFM/IWMS systems, data governance, and process improvement will directly impact portfolio management efficiency and client satisfaction. Your leadership will contribute to JLL's operational excellence while you drive consistent processes, manage chargeback operations, and develop innovative solutions that reduce complexity and increase data quality across diverse technology platforms.

Requirements

  • CAFM/IWMS systems experience (preferably TRIRIGA) with minimum 3-5 years in corporate environment and AutoCAD experience for drawing management and spatial documentation
  • Strong data analytics background with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manipulate large datasets and ability to consolidate data into PowerPoint presentations for client and business stakeholder communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with technological savviness to utilize software supporting planning solutions and ability to communicate ideas clearly with planning teams and lines of business
  • Ability to solve complex problems through root cause analysis with forward-thinking approach constantly seeking improvement opportunities and proactive solution development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with effective facilitation skills to identify requirements and explain technical space management data nuances to technical and non-technical users
  • Proven ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines while reorganizing priorities to address changing team necessities and client requests
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with external and internal clients while maintaining attention to detail and asking right questions to understand underlying stakeholder needs

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field demonstrating foundational knowledge in data management and business operations
  • Power BI experience for advanced data visualization and reporting with familiarity in business intelligence platforms that enhance data presentation and stakeholder engagement
  • Background in corporate real estate, facility management, or space planning with understanding of occupancy metrics, space utilization analysis, and portfolio management principles
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or advanced data science techniques that support strategic decision-making and trend identification

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of space data quality and accuracy while managing client CAFM/IWMS portfolios as single point of contact for database, drawing, and application maintenance driving consistent processes for data change requests
  • Lead data management and maintenance including tracking agreed space and occupancy data within CAFM systems, governing data feeds into technology platforms, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards
  • Lead chargeback support by maintaining CAFM systems aligned with enterprise standards, creating and issuing chargeback reports, and managing financial data accuracy for client billing processes
  • Manage electronic and drawing storage systems, ensure as-built changes are updated via technology platforms, and provide governance around drawing accuracy and document control processes
  • Act as liaison between client and data integrity operations, manage shared inbox processing tactical requests, and provide expert consultation on space data management system operations
  • Serve as key partner in improving data management processes that reduce complexity and increase efficiency while creating, distributing, and maintaining critical reports for stakeholder review
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of how data feeds into and is consumed by various platforms while supporting solutioning, maintenance, and optimization of integrated technology ecosystems
