  • Experience with ACAT I/II or highly classified special access programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical expert for space control space, ground, and C2 system concepts, development, build, and test activities.
  • Provide expert assessment and guidance on maturing technologies across all Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs), from early R&D through operational deployment.
  • Conduct trade studies and technical evaluations across multiple space-control-related technologies, including optical systems, electronic support capabilities, signal processing, communications, and related mission areas.
  • Provide input to government customers on risks affecting performance, schedule, budget, or contractor execution.
  • Support development and interpretation of system requirements, architecture decisions, and mission-level performance assessments.
  • Participate in military, government, and FFRDC meetings, representing technical insights on space control capabilities.
  • Develop and review technical documentation, transfer materials, MOAs/MOUs, and acquisition artifacts as required.
