Why this role is exciting: The Senior Solutions Engineer at Synthpop plays a pivotal role in driving the design and architecture of solutions that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and business strategy, ensuring seamless integration of Synthpop’s solutions with customer systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Senior Solutions Engineer collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer workflows and meet strategic goals. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-growing startup team at the forefront of AI innovation in healthcare. You’ll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions that transform how healthcare professionals work—reducing administrative burdens, cutting costs, and improving patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, make a real-world impact, and help shape the future of Synthpop.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions consulting within the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional presenting skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to map workflows and align people, processes, and technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to connect customer-specific business problems to Synthpop solutions.
  • Experience working in dynamic, customer-focused environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with DME/HME software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions that align with customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and workflows.
  • Map customer workflows and system integration requirements to effectively capture the current state and propose future state solutions.
  • Partner with sales teams to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in enterprise and complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to develop and implement project plans for Statements of Work (SOW) and solution implementations.
  • Lead post-sale implementation projects through completion and hand-off to post-go live support and success management.
  • Serve as an expert on integrating Synthpop products with existing customer systems.
  • Relay customer feedback to the engineering team to contribute to product improvements.
  • Deliver engaging software demos, technical presentations, and other customer-facing engagements to influence decision-making and build trust.
  • Flexibility in Duties: While we’ve outlined the primary responsibilities, we may ask you to help out with other tasks in our evolving startup environment.
