What does a successful Senior Solutions Consultant do at Fiserv? As a successful Senior Solutions Consultant, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our clients. You will serve a meaningful role in supporting the teams and driving solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and partnership with stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Plastic Manufacturing & Personalization, (e.g., credit card and debit card) operations and related systems
  • 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational, work and/or military experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required
  • Knowledge of Fiserv and/or Industry for Plastics operations and related systems
  • Strong experience in relationship building with both Internal and External business partners

Nice To Haves

  • Solution consulting experience
  • Background and experience with the output services product or service functions
  • Experience with championing and providing consulting recommendations to support system enhancements/modernization

Responsibilities

  • Interact with internal Fiserv resources to understand current and prospective client needs and challenge and recommend solutions that align with Fiserv product offerings. This role will support the Fiserv output solutions business
  • Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements, considering factors like functionality, cost and compliance
  • Support various internal teams through the sales cycle including, but not limited to, sales, proposal management, and product
  • Work with product and technology teams to determine options which may require future development or new offering opportunities
  • Learn, understand and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for current Fiserv solution offerings across the plastics business
