About The Position

If you are energized by the opportunity to shape the GTM motion of a category-defining company, we want to talk to you! We are seeking our first Solutions Architect to join our GTM team. This is a unique opportunity to define the solutions engineering function from the ground up—partnering directly with the founders, sales leadership, and customers. You will play a pivotal role in customer success from pre-sales through proof-of-value, helping enterprises understand how Ciroos can transform their reliability engineering practices. You will work with other Solutions Architects to establish best practices for technical discovery, solution design, demos, and PoVs—laying the foundation for a world-class solutions engineering team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architect, or customer engineering role for enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding annual quotas with consistency.
  • Strong background in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure software—with hands-on expertise in one or more of: Kubernetes, observability (logs/metrics/traces), incident management, cybersecurity or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated success in running customer PoVs end-to-end—scoping, executing, and proving measurable value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, equally comfortable whiteboarding with engineers or presenting ROI to executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup environment—self-directed, resourceful, and collaborative.
  • A passion for working with customers and shaping their success, not just “selling software.”

Nice To Haves

  • MS degree in engineering is desired.
  • Experience building demos, integrations, or scripts with modern tooling (Python, APIs, Terraform, etc.) a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives and founders to engage and win prospective customers, leading technical discovery and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
  • Design and deliver compelling demos and proof-of-value that showcase the value of Ciroos in real-world enterprise environments.
  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customers, bridging the gap between SRE/DevOps/Platform teams and business outcomes
  • Translate complex enterprise environments (multi-cloud, Kubernetes, observability stacks, incident workflows) into solution architectures leveraging Ciroos.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to provide field feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and accelerate customer success.
  • Author reusable technical assets—demo environments, playbooks, solution briefs, and integration guides.
  • Evangelize best practices in AI for operations and build credibility with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Lay the foundation for scaling the solutions engineering function: hiring, mentoring, and building processes as the team grows.
