About The Position

Autheo is building a sovereign blockchain platform surpassing top-10 Layer 1/Layer 0 solutions with ultra-high TPS, unbreakable security, and data sovereignty for DeFi, sovereign communications, DePIN, and enterprise applications.

As a part-time Senior Solutions Architect in an equity-based cofounder role, you’ll design end-to-end technical solutions for resistant Layer 0/1 infrastructure, secure execution environments, decentralized storage, and AI-driven developer tools, using enterprise architecture frameworks for compliant healthcare data vaults and global DePIN orchestration. This role is critical to embedding regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA/HITRUST), zero-knowledge privacy, and AI-optimized scalability into blueprints for zero-vendor-lock-in deployments. Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years designing blockchain/ledger solutions for enterprise adoption.
• Expertise in Layer 0/1 architectures, DePIN networks, AI-driven analytics, sovereign products.
• Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA/HITRUST).
• Visionary leadership balancing innovation with risk management.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Passion for protecting data sovereignty in decentralized systems.

Nice To Haves

• Background in compliance certifications, zero-knowledge governance, AI-optimized transformations.
• Experience with Fortune 500 migrations from ERP/CRM to decentralized infrastructure.
• Contributions to on-chain policy enforcement or lighthouse implementations.

Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Design Design end-to-end solutions for Layer 0/1 infrastructure, secure execution environments, decentralized storage farms, and AI-driven developer tools.
• Embed regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA/HITRUST), zero-knowledge privacy, and AI-optimized scalability into every blueprint.
• Enable production systems handling exabytes of sovereign data with zero vendor lock-in.
• Reference Implementation Create reference implementations and certification-ready designs for clients and developers.
• Collaborate with blockchain consensus architects, cryptographers, DePIN experts, AI/ML specialists, and compliance officers to craft architectural solutions.
• Lighthouse Projects Drive platform adoption through lighthouse implementations and co-marketing partnerships.
• Solve real-world problems in finance, healthcare, government, and beyond.
• Architecture Reviews Lead architecture reviews with C-level executives, engineering leaders, security cryptographers, industry specialists, and global systems integrators.
• Ensure transformation strategies deliver 10x ROI and regulatory certification in 90 days.

Benefits

• This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain.
• We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.
• Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.
