About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Solutions Architect to support the design, integration, and optimization of our technology ecosystem within a leading immigration law firm. This role is ideal for a mid-level Solutions Architect who has spent the last few years designing and delivering solution architectures and is now ready to step into a senior-level role with broader ownership. The Senior Solutions Architect will focus heavily on Salesforce as our core platform while contributing to the integration of third‑party systems—including finance/accounting applications, data warehouse platforms, Microsoft Azure services—and data exchanges with client HRIS systems. The role also contributes to initiatives in Data Governance, Automation, AI, MDM, and Release Management. This is a hands-on architecture role suited for someone who is technical, curious, and eager to grow into broader architectural leadership. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work a hybrid schedule at our headquarters office in Arlington, Virginia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–8 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical roles, with 2+ years specifically supporting Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience with systems integration, APIs, middleware, or data pipelines.
  • Hands-on familiarity with finance/accounting systems, data warehouse technologies, Microsoft Azure Services (Integration Services, Storage, APIM, Monitoring, etc.), or similar systems.
  • Understanding of HRIS platforms and secure data exchange practices.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise security concepts and governance frameworks.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce or architecture certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Integration Architect).
  • Experience in professional services or legal industry environments.
  • Familiarity with immigration law workflows or case management platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools, Azure integration ecosystems, and data visualization tools.
  • Working knowledge of .NET architecture is a strong plus.
  • Interest in emerging technologies including AI and automation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and evolution of the firm’s enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Contribute to scalable roadmaps for Salesforce and integrated systems aligned with organizational goals.
  • Help define architecture principles that support DevSecOps and continuous delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture, configuration, and integration patterns.
  • Participate in governance, security reviews, and platform compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to release management processes across Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (e.g., finance/accounting platforms, data warehouse).
  • Support inbound/outbound data integrations with client HRIS, ATS, and RM systems.
  • Help define standards for APIs and middleware ensuring secure, high‑quality data exchange.
  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance efforts across platforms.
  • Help define data architecture standards for storage, retrieval, and reporting.
  • Work with business teams to enable advanced reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation (RPA, workflow automation, etc.).
  • Collaborate on the design and deployment of Generative AI solutions and internal AI agents.
  • Partner with security teams to ensure appropriate review and testing of AI-related tools.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs through close collaboration with attorneys, operations, and technology teams.
  • Serve as a technical liaison with vendors and client IT teams to support integration and interoperability.
  • Support compliance with legal, regulatory, and privacy standards across systems.
  • Contribute to best practices for security, identity management, and access control.
