Job SummaryIn this role you are part of the Infrastructure Engineering, Client Compute Engineering (CCE) team working within the Digital Transformation (D&T) group responsible for working closely with local, regional, and global teams supporting tools and functions providing endpoint deployment maintenance and management. You will provide technical and administrative services in a highly complex and global environment that will utilize such tools as: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manger, Intune, JAMF, AutoPilot, Beyond Trust, Azure and Entra ID, Active Directory Administration, including but not limited to Workstation management, OU and Group Policy Objects. The CCE team is responsible to consult with the business using standard services and defines implementation concepts for enhancements and new features that are in line with D&T best practices and applicable regulatory requirements (i.e. cGMP, Computer System Validation, 21 CFR part 11 compliance). This role would participate in continuously monitoring the development plans and announcements of our key service providers (e.g. Microsoft) that enable the CCE team to develop deployment strategies that enable new features to ensure that West utilizes the best and most efficient usage of our provider services. As a subject matter expert, you will enable the local site support team to implement troubleshooting of installation and configuration issues by providing useful documentation and 3rd level support where necessary.
