The Opportunity
In this role you will:

Requirements

• Have at least 5+ of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or a similar high-execution role within the tech industry.
• Have a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to develop, test and maintain scripts
• Have the ability to read and interpret technical documentation (system flows, API specs, infrastructure diagrams) and translate them for business stakeholders.
• Have strong "translator" skills. Be able to speak the language of developers and the language of business users with equal clarity.
• Are detailed ordinated and quality focused
• Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to support digital transformation project initiatives
• Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business operations and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Technical Program Manager to deliver assigned digital transformation projects
• Design, configure and optimize solutions using platforms such as Quickbase, Power BI, Power Apps and related tools
• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of automation and data processing scripts in Python, SQL, or similar languages (C#/.NET a plus) for reporting, analytics, and system integration
• Partner with Product Lead to create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
• Support digital literacy initiatives to help raise technical proficiency across the organization.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and business improvements
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance business operations
