About The Position

Nuuly is seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Manager who will lead a team of Business Systems Analysts supporting multiple cross-functional engineering teams (Services, Front-End, iOS). This role ensures successful sprint execution, quality delivery, and alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. The Solution Delivery Manager coaches BSAs through the scrum process, oversees story breakdown and refinement, and serves as the central point of contact for sprint status and initiative tracking. This role bridges Product Management, Engineering, QA, UX, and Analytics to maintain delivery quality and momentum across the customer experience organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product delivery, business systems analysis, or technical project management roles within internet, ecommerce, or consumer-facing technology companies
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably leading business analysts or scrum masters
  • Deep knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and sprint management practices
  • Experience managing delivery across multiple engineering teams simultaneously
  • Proven ability to translate business objectives into functional requirements and technical specifications
  • Experience with complex system architecture, integrated software solutions, and REST microservice applications.

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts aligned with cross-functional engineering teams
  • Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives across multiple delivery teams, serving as primary point of contact for status, blockers, and escalations
  • Coach BSAs on ticket writing, backlog refinement, and scrum facilitation
  • Lead story breakdown sessions with BSAs and Product Management to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Coordinate with QA, UX, and Analytics teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards before deployment
  • Assess delivery risk, manage dependencies across teams and initiatives, and provide capacity forecasting input
  • Partner with Product Management to gather and validate functional business requirements and manage expectations when priorities shift
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards for requirements and technical specs
  • Identify process improvements and explore AI capabilities to streamline workflows and increase team efficiency
  • Foster knowledge sharing and best practices across the analyst team
