Senior Solution Delivery Consultant Embark on a rewarding journey as a Senior Solution Delivery Consultant, where your expertise will shine in system build, testing, and conversion projects using our implementation methodology. This role offers a rare, first‑of‑its‑kind implementation opportunity, making it essential to demonstrate strong initiative, ownership, and a proactive approach as you help shape the foundation of a brand‑new product experience. Dive into the exciting realm of testing and troubleshooting configurations, enhancing solution functionality across a variety of client environments. Your active involvement in client meetings, internal initiatives, and process improvement will be instrumental. You will be the eyes identifying, the voice reporting, and the hands managing solution status, risks, and issues. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will be key as you contribute to issue resolution and lend your insights to workflow analysis. In this role, you’ll not only build and maintain client relationships but also navigate through conflicts and document best practices that will influence future implementations. Your initiative and leadership in this first‑of‑its‑kind rollout will help set the standard for what comes next. AlphaVerify Platform: AlphaVerify is a brand-new healthcare benefits coordination platform and the first of its kind within the Alpha Platform ecosystem. It is designed to streamline eligibility verification, benefits coordination, and authorization management for healthcare providers. As part of the broader Alpha Platform, AlphaVerify enables coordinators to efficiently manage patient accounts before billing, reducing claim denials and improving revenue cycle management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience including troubleshooting data and software applications
• At least 1 year of process improvement experience
• At least 1 year of project execution experience
• Experience with reporting solutions similar to Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, SSIS

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
• Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.

Responsibilities

• Complete complex system configuration and assist with testing as necessary; ensure proper configuration management and change control processes
• Gather and document business requirements based upon client requirements and known system functionality
• Lead design sessions to uncover interdependencies and design decision impacts using recommended practices
• Responsible for training, coaching, guiding and mentoring Application Analysts and Consultants
• Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and Netsmart leadership; analyze data to determine configuration readiness
• Develop client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities and efficiencies
• Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology
