About The Position

As a critical member of a dynamic team, you will develop innovative Infrastructure Solutions that enhance Data Acquisition and Transmission in both Industrial and Enterprise settings. Your role will enable you to tackle complex customer challenges and co-create solutions, leveraging a diverse portfolio of products. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- 8+ years of consultative experience in industrial or enterprise environments
- Experience designing, deploying, or maintaining Copper or Fiber Networks
- Experience with AIA MasterSpec, CAD, BlueBeam, BIM, REVIT preferred
- Strong ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Solid knowledge and understanding of key technology and market trends
- Strong technical knowledge of network communication systems
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (50%+ travel)
- RCDD, CCTT, CDCP or other relevant certifications preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AIA MasterSpec, CAD, BlueBeam, BIM, REVIT preferred

Responsibilities
- Navigate Customer Challenges and Build Solutions that enable successful customer outcomes
- Define and Develop Infrastructure Requirements, Originate Designs, Build BOM, SLD & Logical Network Hierarchy
- Utilize Standard Tools to articulate scope, design, installation, and testing requirements
- Lead and manage the development of solutions that utilize a collaborative approach
- Partner with TSS counterparts to translate customer requirements into compelling technical solutions
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center to conduct POCs
- Provide successful transition from Design Acceptance to Execution Phase
- Support and drive technical sales for customer applications
- Actively support technology campaigns such as webinars and trade fairs
- Maintain customer reporting and designs using prescribed tools
