The Senior Solution Consultant is responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Given the accelerating pace of digitization and disruption in our target markets, this role is key to ServiceChannel's continued market growth. We work in conjunction with the field sales organization as both primary technical resources as well as trusted advisors on technology adoption and process transformation. On the client side, we work with business executives responsible for overall transformation, the managers/professionals responsible for adoption of our offering, and the IT team responsible for vetting and integrating our technology.
