As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with sales teams to understand customer requirements, articulate product value propositions, and design customized solutions that address customer challenges. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to position our products and services effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software applications, cloud computing, and/or SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively to achieve business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and support sales activities.

  • Experience working with Financial Institutions and/or Fintechs, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Development Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Design and develop customized solutions that address customer needs and align with our product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proofs of concept (POCs) to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Technical Expertise and Consultation Serve as a subject matter expert on our products, services, and industry trends.
  • Provide technical consultation and guidance to customers on solution architecture, integration, and implementation best practices.
  • Conduct technical assessments and evaluations to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
  • Understand customer pain points, challenges, and objectives, and proactively recommend solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to ensure customer success.
  • Sales Support and Enablement Support sales teams throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Assist with proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide training and enablement support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
  • Continuous Learning and Development Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to our products and services.
  • Continuously enhance your technical skills and product knowledge through training, certifications, and self-study.
  • Share insights and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
