This is a leadership position where you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through complex technical landscapes with confidence and clarity. Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Identity & Access Management, Defender, Purview, Exchange Online, and Active Directory.
• Proficient in PowerShell (Entra, Microsoft Graph, Exchange Online, Security & Compliance modules).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor team members.
• Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and business analysis skills.

• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals & Administrator Expert Cert, preferred.
• Information Protection & Compliance Administrator Associate Cert, preferred.
• Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (SC-200), preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and support in two key Microsoft tech stacks: Microsoft 365 solutions including Identity & Access Management, Security & Compliance, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Azure IaaS and Security services such as Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Virtual Machines, Azure Files, Virtual Networks, Subnets, VPN Gateways, and Express Routes.
• Serve as a technical lead on Security and Compliance projects, providing strategic guidance and hands-on expertise.
• Conduct security assessments and implement Zero Trust Architecture methodologies for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend best practices.
• Partner with Project Managers to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage tasks and backlogs across multiple engagements.
• Stay current on Microsoft trends and industry best practices.
