We are seeking highly motivated experienced Senior Software Engineers to work as Scrum Masters. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology solutions, grow your expertise in the radar domain, and engage in potential travel to support radar site operations. Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Scrum Master certification and experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience driving software teams' toward milestones while maintaining alignment with Product Owner priorities.
• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master and drive agile practices and principles to improve team efficiency and operational scale.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure the team's backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with project goals.
• Proactively resolve impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
• Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive a high-performance culture by implementing more efficient development practices, collaboration, and innovation.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
