From March 2–6, we’re inviting a select group of experienced backend software engineers to join us for an in-person hiring experience built for real technical depth and real connection. This isn’t a career fair. It’s an opportunity to explore the systems powering our U.S. Walmart Tech — and potentially leave with an offer. Engineering Role Overview As a software engineer with Walmart Global Tech in Bentonville, you’ll build and scale backend systems that power seamless digital experiences for millions of people across our U.S. Walmart Tech ecosystem. From checkout and fulfillment to dynamic user journeys, the services we build connect digital and physical retail at one of the largest scales in the world. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend depth
  • Hands-on experience with Java, distributed systems, and large-scale application design
