We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join our team. In this role, you will work with internal teams and business partners to design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions that support core business systems. The successful candidate will be organized, collaborative, and motivated to deliver reliable, high‑quality applications.

  • Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions using Java and related technologies (e.g., Java Struts, WebSphere, Tomcat).
  • Analyze business and system requirements to develop effective and scalable technical solutions.
  • Contribute within an Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC ) , including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
  • Debug, review, and maintain existing systems to ensure performance, stability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including business analysts, architects, and quality assurance professionals—to deliver production‑ready features.
  • Apply best practices in code quality, version control, and DevOps continuous integration.
  • Optionally, use AWS for cloud‑based application deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Provide technical and knowledge sharing with team members.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Understanding of Java, object-oriented programming, frameworks (such as Spring or Hibernate), REST APIs, and relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Agile SDLC environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and deliver efficient, maintainable solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
  • Capable of managing tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Java Struts, WebSphere, Tomcat, Oracle, Javascript, AWS (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda) is a plus.
