For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: www.e15group.comJob SummaryAs a Senior Analyst, you will leverage data, analytical methods, and strategic thinking to discover insights about food & beverage operations for one of our top clients, a global financial services company. Your curiosity and intellect will help you uncover meaningful insights to improve the guest experience, financial results, and operational efficiency. You’ll get to see your work in action, measuring the outcomes of implementing your recommendations first-hand. You won’t be alone – you will work with over 100 data & analytics colleagues to deploy our proprietary products, identify new opportunities, and oversee ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role
  • Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders
  • Able to pivot as needs and priorities change
  • Acute attention to detail and track record of delivering pristine reports
  • Intermediate or advanced data visualization (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) skills
  • Foodservice experience preferred, but not required

  • SQL
  • Python
  • R

Responsibilities

  • Explore operational, financial, and experiential data from internal and external sources with curiosity
  • Think strategically about how to measure performance and recommend changes that will improve KPIs, operational processes, financial outcomes, the guest experience, and more
  • Develop collaborative relationships with operations leaders to understand their strategic priorities and business objectives
  • Learn the inner workings of the client’s locations, including physical configuration, technology, and operational processes
  • Report operational and financial metrics and calculate the economic & experiential impact of your work
  • Complete ad hoc analytics projects that will benefit your client or operations team
  • Communicate frequently and clearly to ensure your efforts align with the account’s executives, as well as the E15 Director of Strategy and Analytics
