Requirements
- Master's in CS, IT or related
- Minimum 3 years of exp in job offered or Software Engineer inc. 1 year exp. in ticketing domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in a cross-functional environment to define, design, and deliver major new features.
- Architect and lead the development of complex, large-scale applications utilizing testing frameworks.
- Engage in performance tuning, benchmarking, and optimization.
- Actively mentor and provide technical leadership to a group of engineers.
- Define, implement, and enforce best practices for performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Proactively identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks and architectural issues.
- Champion code quality, organization, and automation across the entire engineering organization.
- Conduct and lead rigorous code and architectural reviews.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert.
