Requirements

- Because this position supports a Federal Contract, all employees assigned to this contract must be U.S. citizens; a person born or naturalized in the United States. A naturalized citizen can prove their citizenship with their original Certificate of Naturalization or a valid U.S. Passport, both of which are primary documents.
- Your employment is contingent upon successful approval by FEMA officials, which includes a federal background check that include financial records and the ability to obtain a federal badge.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, Software Development, and Programming, with emphasis on Laravel PHP
- Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Laravel queues
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
