Engaging with stakeholders, they translate complex needs into actionable plans while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity. Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
  • Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
  • Proven ability to deliver scoped features and models through iterative development and continuous integration.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
  • Demonstrated skills in solution design, technical leadership, and applying scalable, secure software architecture principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Commitment to engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality, reliable software.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software intelligence and development velocity.
  • Assist in solution design, evaluating trade-offs to build scalable, secure, and maintainable systems aligned with platform objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
  • Monitor application performance, ensure adherence to milestones, and support continuous integration and deployment.
  • Promote engineering excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives.
