About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate React Native Developer to join our team and help build world-class mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native, a solid understanding of native mobile development, and hands-on experience with the full app lifecycle-from development to publishing on the App Store and Google Play. Requirements

3-5 years of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development.
Strong expertise in React Native, with recent hands-on experience.
Solid understanding of native mobile development (iOS/Android) and ability to bridge native modules.
Experience in publishing apps to App Store and Play Store, including handling store requirements and updates.
Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, and GraphQL.
Familiarity with front-end design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with Appium or other open-source automation frameworks.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple features and requirements concurrently.
Experience with cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

Backend development experience in Java or Node.js.
Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native.
Own the end-to-end app lifecycle, including publishing, updates, and store compliance (App Store & Play Store).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules as needed.
Implement and monitor analytics, Crashlytics, and performance metrics (CPU, battery usage).
Build and maintain functional automation tests using Appium or similar frameworks.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Create clear and functional technical documentation and charts to communicate architecture and workflows.
Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and trends.
