At Conduit Tech, we’re focused on the 10% of all energy use that derives from residential HVAC use. We build tools that enable the clean energy workforce to be more productive and effective - starting with software tools for HVAC pros. By supporting HVAC Pros in designing, selling, and installing high-efficiency HVAC systems, Conduit helps mitigate grid strain, reduce home energy use and enhance occupant comfort. We’re working with over 300 HVAC companies across 35+ US states, generating direct product feedback and revenue. Senior Software Engineer - Job Description As a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile (iOS), you will play a critical role in building features for our next generation iPadOS application. This is an exciting role for an extremely talented engineer to come in and develop key product differentiators by leveraging the full native power of our customers' mobile devices. Requirements

Serious Swift skills and familiarity with UIKit
Experience building production iOS apps with complex features
Strong understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, etc.)
Experience with networking, data persistence, and asynchronous programming patterns
The ability to balance speed with quality (we move fast, but we don't break things)
A collaborative approach - we pair program, jump into huddles, and actually help each other
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Production experience with Apple RoomPlan, ARKit, SceneKit, or RealityKit
Familiarity with Combine or other event-driven programming patterns
A history of improving development processes and tools
Experience with App Store Connect and managing release cycles
