The Dispute team is looking for a Software Engineer to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

  • Practitioner exposed to developing high quality software using modern engineering practices
  • Knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Hibernate, Oracle, REST, JSON, Splunk, Agile, Sonar, Linux, Git.
  • Database experience including Oracle and SQL scripting.
  • Passionate about continuous learning, adopting best practices
  • Soft skills: strong verbal and written communication to demo features to product owners; strong team player, proactive.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience on designing and developing Microservices using Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Cloud Native platforms like PCF/Kubernetes/OpenShift.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and analyzing of business requirements for new development.
  • Develop software solutions for Dispute applications for Mastercard, from inception to production.
  • Work as part of an agile development team, optimizing value delivery
  • Work with continuously evolving application and design, develop, support cloud native application components using industry best practices.
