Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with full stack development and C++ codebases.
• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience with API integration or developing and deploying applications.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience developing features or components within the Chromium codebase.
• Experience architecting and developing distributed systems (e.g. Google Cloud).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Experience programming in Java or C++.

Responsibilities

• Write and test product or system development code.
• Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
• Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
• Address customer needs related to device management.
