We are open to considering candidates willing to work hybrid from either of the locations - Chicago, Dallas, New York, New Jersey, Nashville or Atlanta.

Requirements

  • 10+ year of experience, including 3+ years of experience designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents, preferably in the telecom domain.
  • Experience with Dialogflow CX, including flow design, fulfillment, and testing.
  • Proficiency in Python for developing webhook services and automation scripts
  • Experience with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with telecom systems such as CRM, billing platforms, and IVR.
  • Hands on knowledge using Gen AI, Playbooks & CCAI Insights
  • Experience with Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist.
  • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Contact Center AI specialization).

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of telecom-specific challenges such as call routing, number portability, and service provisioning.
  • Experience with analytics tools for conversational performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking.
  • Strong understanding of GCP architecture and services relevant to CCAS.
