The Senior Social Media Specialist will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and will take full ownership of RYNO’s social ecosystem, driving strategic development and execution across all platforms to fuel engagement, audience growth, and cultural relevance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of managing B2B or agency social media.
• Experience developing and executing unique social media strategies that align with brand and business objectives.
• Proven content management across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & X and other relevant platforms.
• Expertise in analyzing social media analytics with the ability to balance data-driven insights and creative instincts to increase engagement and audience growth.
• Demonstrated agility and flexibility by rapidly adjusting strategies and processes as business needs or market conditions dictate.
• Facebook Blueprint certified.
• Proficiency with tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, SalesForce or similar CRMs.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to effectively partner with peers and executive management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using AI to create videos.
• Ability to take a concept from brainstorming to a polished, produced podcast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute RYNO's social media strategy across all platforms, focusing on maximizing engagement, expanding audience, and achieving cultural relevance.
• Own the entire social strategy workflow, including content planning, publishing, and calendar alignment in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively drive innovation by translating platform trends, new tools, and best practices into brand-aligned executions before they become mainstream.
• Own social reporting and analytics, ensuring data-driven insights are consistently applied to inform both strategic and creative direction.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all visual and narrative content maintains the brand's distinct, elevated aesthetic and voice.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all social media policies and workflows, ensuring legal and brand compliance.
• Establish and cultivate positive, efficient working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive cross-functional planning and successful project execution.
• Assume responsibility for additional duties as assigned by management.
