Level Agency
30d$70,000 - $100,000Remote

About The Position

Level Agency is hiring a strategic, culturally fluent Social Media Manager to lead high-impact social strategy across key accounts. You’ll act as the right hand to our Director of Social Media—owning strategy, guiding client conversations, mentoring rising talent, and shaping the future of the Social department. If you think beyond posts and into business impact, this is your moment. We’re building something rare: a place where growth, truth, and performance go hand-in-hand. Level Agency is an AI-powered performance marketing agency built for brands ready to shatter yesterday’s wins. We help complex, high-consideration brands outperform their last result using AI, data science, creativity, and relentless iteration. We specialize in markets where the stakes are high and the journeys are complex — education, B2B technology, financial services, healthcare, CPG, ecommerce, and more. Our work spans the full performance ecosystem: media planning & buying, performance creative, SEO & AI search, CRM & automation, and advanced analytics. Every engagement is grounded in board-level KPIs and powered by a repeatable system of interrogation, ideation, implementation, and iteration. In 2025, Level acquired BAM Strategy — expanding our capabilities into digital experience, CRM strategy, personalization, and loyalty. The result is a fully integrated growth engine that connects acquisition to retention, media to lifecycle, and performance to long-term customer value. As Social Media Manager, you’ll serve as the senior day-to-day social lead across key accounts while helping shape the long-term trajectory of our Social team. At Level, AI is a core skill — not an afterthought. In this role, you will: Constantly experiment with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and platform-native AI capabilities Use AI to accelerate insight generation, strategic analysis, and efficiency Document and share prompts, workflows, and learnings with your team Treat AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut At Level, we support our people across the U.S. and Canada with benefits designed to promote flexibility, wellbeing, and long-term growth. Level is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer — we celebrate what makes you, you. We care more about how you think than where you’ve worked.
