Make a meaningful impact in your community as a Senior Services Specialist located in our Lewiston office, helping older adults and individuals with disabilities access the resources they need to live safely and independently. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted point of contact - providing information, referrals, and guidance to individuals, caregivers, and families across North Idaho. You’ll respond to calls and in-person inquiries, assess needs, and connect individuals to services such as home-delivered meals, homemaker support, and caregiver respite using established screening tools. You’ll also advocate for clients, empower informed decision-making, and participate in outreach and education efforts throughout the community. We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. You'll bring strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to listen, assess needs, and provide clear, unbiased information.
